Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. The Facial Refinery observes a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. To ensure each patient receives a full, uninterrupted experience, arrivals more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated and will be rescheduled.
Cancellations and No Shows
At The Facial Refinery, we understand that unforeseen events can occur. Because your appointment time is reserved just for you, advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- A $100 deposit is required for all new patients at the time of booking and will be applied toward treatments or products at your appointment.
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- A first late cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
- To schedule a second appointment after a first late cancellation or no-show, a $200 deposit will be required.
- A second late cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of the $200 deposit, and no further appointments will be scheduled.

We are committed to offering a relaxing and attentive environment where each patient receives the highest standard of care and attention. To help us maintain this experience for all our patients, we kindly request that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
