Policies
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the treatments scheduled, some or all of your treatments may have to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your appointment time, as this would affect your provider’s subsequent appointments.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
No Shows:
At The Facial Refinery, we understand that unforeseen events can occur, so we offer a one-time courtesy waiver for your first missed appointment without notice. However, to secure future appointments, a $100 deposit will be required, which can be applied toward products or treatments at your appointment.
If a second no-show occurs, this deposit will be non-refundable.
A third no-show will result in your dismissal from the practice, and you will no longer be able to schedule appointments with us.

Children:
We are committed to offering a relaxing and attentive environment where each patient receives the highest standard of care and attention. To help us maintain this experience for all our patients, we kindly request that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
