Rachel is a board-certified nurse practitioner and seasoned injector with over 17 years of experience in nursing, including 10 years in aesthetics and plastic surgery. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. While her innate passion is aesthetics, her previous clinical experience includes critical care and forensic nursing.
Rachel is renowned for her highly detailed facial assessments and comprehensive treatment plans. She has a unique ability to simplify complex concepts, making them effortless to understand. Patients find favor in her candor and charisma, as she maintains a space that is both trustworthy and inviting. Regular self-study and continuing education are key components of her practice.
She maintains a prominent and respected Instagram presence as @ms.glowtox, focusing on simple, injectable education that resonates globally. Her son, Royce, is the highlight of her life, and she enjoys every moment spent with him. She also enjoys creative writing, true crime, and has a huge heart for animals.
Taylor is a registered nurse with over six years of clinical experience, including four years specializing in aesthetic nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas State University as she works toward becoming a nurse practitioner.
Taylor is recognized for her calm, caring presence, and meticulous attention to detail. She takes pride in delivering results that are conservative, impactful, and thoughtfully individualized. She is deeply committed to continuing education, regularly seeking advanced training with some of the most respected leaders in aesthetic medicine.
Outside of the clinic, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, Harley, and their two cats. She enjoys yoga, nature, traveling, and discovering new restaurants throughout Houston.

Jennifer brings over 14 years of experience as a highly skilled and licensed medical aesthetician, laser professional, and certified laser safety officer. Passionate about results-driven treatments, she combines her expertise in skincare and aesthetic procedures with patient education to help patients achieve their goals.
With a background in top medical-grade skincare and the latest aesthetic technology, Jennifer is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. She believes in the power of self-care and enhances skin with noticeable yet balanced results. Her favorite part of her profession is guiding patients on their journey to healthier, more radiant skin.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, and their two daughters. A devoted animal lover, she cares for three dogs, two cats, and any stray that crosses her path. In her free time, she loves traveling, attending concerts, diving into true crime stories, and relaxing by the ocean whenever she gets the chance.
Practice Manager
With over three decades of experience in customer service and patient care, Adelina proudly serves as Practice Manager at The Facial Refinery. Her background in aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery brings a depth of experience that supports both patients and providers.
Known for her leadership and attention to detail, Adelina plays an integral role in maintaining the elevated standard of care The Facial Refinery is known for, while helping cultivate a culture rooted in professionalism and accountability. Her experience across both front and back-office systems provides a level of organization that supports the practice as a whole.
Adelina brings a steady, trusted presence to the team while helping ensure a seamless and thoughtful patient experience.
Outside of the practice, Adelina enjoys saltwater fishing with her husband, spending time with her grandson Easton, and caring for her Maltese, Boo. She also enjoys gardening and traveling with her family.
Certified Medical Assistant
Kali is a Certified Medical Assistant who brings a supportive presence and positive energy to every patient experience. A proud graduate of PIMA Medical Institute in Colorado, Kali carries a solid foundation and previous experience in aesthetics.
A Houston native, Kali enjoys connecting with patients in the place she knows best. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs create a seamless experience for patients and a supportive environment for our team. Kali’s thoughtful approach to patient care elevates the experience at The Facial Refinery.
Outside work, Kali loves spending time with family and friends, exploring the city, and trying out Houston’s diverse culinary scene. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her beloved Maltipoo, Saint, and unwinding with a good documentary.
Medical Director
Dr. Harirchian is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, holding certifications from the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. Her practice focuses exclusively on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face; she is renowned for her exquisite rhinoplasty results, both surgical and nonsurgical.
She combines profound knowledge of facial anatomy and the aging process with minimally invasive, maximally effective approaches to achieve beautiful, natural results. Her expertise is enhanced by her innate ability to empathize with her patients; particularly women navigating complex relationships with self-image. The fusion of art and science is at the heart of Dr. Harirchian’s philosophy. She recognizes that beauty is subjective and that successful outcomes stem from a harmonious relationship where both patient and provider share a common vision.

The Facial Refinery was founded by Rachel Jarrell and Pamela Killian with a shared vision of creating an aesthetic practice centered on integrity, compassion, and exceptional patient care. As a cofounder, Pamela played an essential role in bringing that vision to life. From its earliest days, she helped create the thoughtful, patient-centered experience that continues to define The Facial Refinery. While a family relocation led Pamela to step away sooner than anticipated, her contributions remain an important part of our practice. We will forever be grateful for Pamela’s partnership, dedication, and the meaningful contributions she made during our formative years.
