She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. While her innate passion is aesthetics, her previous clinical experience includes critical care and forensic nursing.

Outside of her practice, Pamela enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and their twins, Branson and Jaycie. She possesses extensive knowledge of front and back-office operations, and her proficiency with the Alle and Aspire programs makes her a patient favorite. Adelina is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, consistently going above and beyond for every patient.
Having worked closely with Rachel and Pamela for years, Adelina fosters a cohesive and collaborative team dynamic that enhances the patient experience. Her fluency in Spanish adds valuable expertise. Equal parts pretty, witty, polished, and professional, she is invaluable to the team.
A proud mother of four grown sons, Adelina is enjoying the empty nester era but loves spending time with her grandson, Easton, and her Maltese, Boo. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and traveling with her family.

Dr. Harirchian is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, holding certifications from the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. Her practice focuses exclusively on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face; she is renowned for her exquisite rhinoplasty results, both surgical and nonsurgical.
She combines profound knowledge of facial anatomy and the aging process with minimally invasive, maximally effective approaches to achieve beautiful, natural results. Her expertise is enhanced by her innate ability to empathize with her patients; particularly women navigating complex relationships with self-image.
